All payments made to ItsDeligh are strictly non-refundable.

This includes:

• Project deposits
• Full payments
• Subscription or service fees

Reasons refunds will NOT be provided:

• Change of mind
• Delay due to client-side issues
• Misunderstanding of requirements
• Dissatisfaction after delivery

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• Required by law
• Explicitly agreed in writing
